Here are a few guidelines that we want our valued customers to understand:
We will refuse to accept if the product’s
- Damaged or exploited by the customer
- Missing original labels and company receipt
- Has pet hairs, dirt, or bad smells
It is important to be aware that the returning items must be in their original packaging and labels, and that exchanges are subject to availability. It is highly recommended that you confirm this prior to sending the items for replacement.
