In order to cancel an order, confirmation via email, Whatsapp, Live Chat, or Call Support must be received within 24 hours following receipt of the email confirming the order. Upon receipt of a cancellation request within 24 hours, we will deduct 35% of the amount paid to us directly. In the event that a cancellation request is received within 48 hours, we shall deduct 50%. We regret that you are unable to request cancellation after five days after order confirmation.
In addition, you will not be able to cancel the order if it is shipped. However, you can get your full refund by using our 30 day easy return policy. All you have to do is return the product to our warehouse.
